Biography
Nikki joined the Housing & Residential Life team in April of 2019. During this time, she has overseen the ideation and implementation of the First Year Residential Experience program, adding and integrating Anthony Wayne Drive Apartments and the newly-renovated Chatsworth Suites to the residential portfolio, and successfully navigated impacts of the COVID19 pandemic for campus housing residents.
Prior to becoming a Warrior, Nikki was an associate director in Residential Services at Northwestern University and, before that, the director of residence Life at Illinois Tech. Nikki has worked professionally in student affairs and university housing for more than 15 years after completing her dual Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Public Administration at Grand Valley State University and Master of Science in College Student Development at Kansas State University.
